Weaver Consultants Group, working with Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC, is a leading contractor in landfill construction and service. The company handles a wide variety of projects including drilling landfill gas extraction wells, installing pipe systems, HDPE fusion, and operating derricks and pneumatic pumps. Construction laborers on-site perform tasks such as site preparation, operating hand and power tools, and supporting various construction activities.

Responsibilities
Clean and prepare sites for projects
Digs ditches or trenches, backfills excavations, levels pipes
Prepare sites for concrete pours
Apply glue to electrical conduits and fittings for piping
Maintain tools and equipment and assist with pulling wire
Participate in daily tailgate health and safety meetings
Understand materials, methods, and tools used on site
Understand basic electrical safety requirements
Read construction drawings and prints
Assist with pulling and cleaning pumps
Weld HDPE pipe and fittings; extrusion weld HDPE liner materials
Prepare daily logs of work performed
Qualifications
0‑3 years of general construction experience
Prior construction experience preferred
Prior landfill experience preferred
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to travel up to 90‑100%
Valid driver’s license that meets MVR policy requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for multiple hours during the workday
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
