Key Responsibilities:
Build and install custom cabinets, vanities, and built-ins with precision and care
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and client specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and wood-based materials accurately
Install cabinetry on-site ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the shop and on job sites
Collaborate with team members, designers, and clients to bring visions to life
Perform touch-ups, repairs, and final detailing as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry
Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, techniques, and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
