Construction Worker – Landmarc Environmental Systems
Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC (Landmarc) was conceived by environmental professionals with experience in solid waste management and construction. Since then Landmarc has grown into a multi‑disciplined, vertically integrated landfill construction and service company. We are one of the largest contractors in the nation providing gas extraction, leachate collection, and operations and maintenance services for the landfill industry.
Our company offers a unique working environment that includes drilling landfill gas extraction wells, installing new pipe systems to collect landfill gas, HDPE fusion, dropping and setting pneumatic pumps. Our highly valued laborers perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, such as preparing construction sites, operating hand tools and power tools, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Cleans and prepares sites for projects
Digs ditches or trenches, backfills excavations, levels pipes
Prepares sites for concrete pours
Applies glue to electrical conduits and fittings for various piping
Maintains tools and equipment and assists with pulling wire
Participates in daily tailgate Health and Safety meetings
Understands materials, methods, and tools used on site
Understands basic electrical safety requirements
Understands construction drawings and prints
Assists with pulling and cleaning pumps
Welds HDPE pipe and fittings and extrusion welds HDPE liner materials
Prepares daily logs for work performed on sites during the workday
Qualifications
0 – 3 years in general construction
Prior construction experience preferred
Prior landfill experience preferred
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to travel up to 90–100%
Valid driver license that meets MVR policy requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for multiple hours during the workday
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
