Salary and Bonuses Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000

Job Responsibilities
Chassis/Tank repairs
Welding (TIG & MIG on aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel)
90‑Day inspections
Tank trailer maintenance
Brake work
Repair ABS systems
FHWA inspections
Be on‑call to fix units
Light travel in Houston area for repairs
Coordinate repairs with other departments
Make cost estimates on chassis repair for customers
Monitor and adhere to inventory management system
Respond to customer concerns, complaints, etc.
Process orders and determine customer needs
Communicate inventory to customers and for shipments
Adhere to current programs and policies to ensure safety and environmental regulatory compliance
Job Requirements
HM183 Certified
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma/GED required
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Position requires frequent standing, bending and walking
Must be able to withstand weather conditions
Possess basic tools
Willing to work in an open‑air workshop
Tank trailer repair experience preferred
Basic MIG, TIG welding experience preferred
