Emergency Air Heating and Cooling is seeking experienced residential plumbers to join our new plumbing service team in the Phoenix metro area. We value work‑life balance and excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

On Target Earnings: $80,000–120,000

Responsibilities

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures

Accurately complete all required paperwork for each job

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems

Provide support to team members to ensure tasks are completed on time

Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with leadership and peers

Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other crew members

Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing experience

Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to regularly lift 100 lbs. during the workday

1 year of sales experience

Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday–Friday, every other Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM with rotating on‑call shifts.
