Job Description Summary Hoist Technician
Scaffold Swing Tech Experience Preferred. Hoist motor repair experience preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
Service equipment to keep in proper and safe working condition.
Perform safety inspections on equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime.
Maintain a clean and safe shop and/or work environment.
Meet all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Some trade school education is desirable.
Previous hoist motor repair experience preferred.
Experience in repair, maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical equipment preferred.
Aptitude required.
1 year Scaffold Hoist experience.
Knowledge of proper use of tools and equipment.
Communication skills.
Work planning skills.
Troubleshooting skills.
Personal and professional integrity.
Clear understanding of equipment safety.
Flexible regarding work assignments.
Safety consciousness.
Knowledge of equipment design and safety requirements.
Physical demands:
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
