Position: Residential HVAC Installer

Location: Tonawanda, NY

Compensation: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

What We Are Looking For As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment for our residential customers while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity. Our installers work as a team to remove current equipment and install new systems in residential buildings. Installers ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, meet safety and environmental standards and satisfy the comfort needs of homeowners. NOCO is looking to hire experienced, detail‑oriented residential HVAC Installers to join our growing team. Installers will be skilled in installing residential HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills are required.

What You Will Do

HVAC System Installation:

Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential properties.

Determine appropriate equipment and materials for each project.

Assemble and position HVAC equipment following blueprints and specifications.

Connect and configure electrical wiring, controls, and ductwork.

Test installed systems to ensure proper functionality.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues.

Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, thermostats, and compressors.

Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes and answer questions.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs.

Ensure proper disposal of old equipment and materials in accordance with environmental guidelines.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.

Complete service and installation reports.

Training and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through training and professional development opportunities.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or equivalent

EPA/NATE certifications a plus

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer in residential settings

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical manuals

Excellent problem‑solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Physical fitness to perform installation tasks and work in various conditions

Valid driver's license
