What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
Participate in an on‑call rotation to maintain smooth operations 24/7.
