Base pay range:
$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

What You'll Do
Always follow safety protocols on the job.
Assist with inspecting problem roofs, performing roof repair, and preventative maintenance.
Clean and maintain equipment and job areas.
Communicate clearly and listen for clarification.
Act professionally, respect others, take responsibility, and follow through on commitments.
Display dependability: follow instructions, respond to management direction, complete work on time.
Punctually attend work.
Uphold organizational values with integrity and ethical behavior.
Assess problems and find solutions quickly; develop alternative solutions.
What You'll Need
18 years of age or older.
Ability to travel up to 2–3 days a week (general travel time for a repair/service team is 1 day, but up to 2 or 3 days may be required).
Ability to work weekends when required.
Physical Working Conditions
Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds regularly.
Capable of ascending/descending tall ladders frequently.
Capable of working in extreme hot and cold weather.
Load and unload material and equipment from varying heights.
Lift heavy objects by hand or with a hoist.
Work away from home and stay in company‑paid hotel when extended travel is needed.
