What You'll Do
Diagnose both common and uncommon plumbing problems and effectively educate customers on your findings and solution options
Perform plumbing repairs and installations
Execute plumbing inspections with keen attention to detail
Respond to plumbing emergencies swiftly and steadily
Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
Strengthen and maintain customer relationships through outstanding service
Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
Maintain company equipment and company vehicle with care
What You'll Need
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in residential service plumbing
A thorough understanding of plumbing systems with expertise in plumbing diagnostics
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
Eagerness to learn and apply new plumbing techniques and technologies
Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights
At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
Capability to pass background check and drug screening
