Location Fort Worth, TX
Position Overview Assist the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and support at job sites, and drive support vehicles as needed. Work with minimal oversight while following instructions closely.
Compensation The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, increasing with experience. A limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 is available for new hires with a valid CDL license; a reduced bonus is available for those without a CDL.

What You’ll Do
Assist Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and provide support throughout the job
Drive support vehicles (pickup trucks) with equipment
Provide support and work in and around sewer and storm drains
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Learn and train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Perform setup and clean‑up tasks at the job site / shop
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience as a construction or field laborer (highly preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
Strong communication skills, reliable, and a team player
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
Comfortable working outdoors at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
