Job Overview
Are you looking for a role where your analytical skills can make a real difference in people’s lives? If so, we want you on our team! We’re looking for someone to help our residential clients manage their property taxes.
You thrive on solving problems through analysis and enjoy communicating those solutions clearly to clients. You also appreciate well-organized systems that help you manage deadlines effectively.
You can follow established processes but also recognize when it’s time to involve a legal professional—and you ensure issues are resolved promptly. Property taxes can be stressful for clients, and you understand their frustrations. You do everything possible to guide them through the process and achieve the best results.
While we are a law firm, we deeply value the expertise of our administrative professionals. This position offers a unique balance of legal and administrative responsibilities.
We help people save more and stress less.

Solves the client’s problem
Is results-driven, not effort-driven
Focuses on solutions
Puts the team first
Acts responsibly and with integrity
Candidate Profile This role centers on working with and through others—building relationships while adhering to established guidelines. We need an effective communicator who can motivate and reassure clients while being responsive to their needs.
You’ll interact with many different people, so being friendly and genuinely interested in their concerns is essential. A faster-than-average pace is common, and detail work is a major focus. Accuracy and timeliness are critical, especially when deadlines are involved.
