Responsibilities
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
Conduct title work and title searches with meticulous attention to detail
Perform due diligence: title and survey review, zoning research, UCC searches
Coordinate closings and manage post-closing tasks
Communicate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of title work and title searches
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
