We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Real Estate & Transactional Paralegal to support the General Counsel and broader legal function across The Premiere Group and its affiliated companies. This role is integral to the success of our real‑estate portfolio and investment transactions. The ideal candidate is energized by a fast‑paced, in‑office, entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for managing complex legal documentation, ensuring seamless deal execution, and maintaining meticulous records.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate & Transactional Support
Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of closing documents for real‑estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
Manage and organize closing folders, ensuring all executed documents, title commitments, property reports, and lending documents are complete and meticulously filed.
Liaise directly with external parties including outside counsel, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and property managers during transaction cycles.
Conduct analysis of due diligence materials, including title reports, surveys, environmental assessments, and organizational records related to properties and entities.
Draft and support the review of transactional legal documents, including resolutions, conveyance documents, and compliance forms related to property transfers.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
Maintain and manage corporate records and business entity structures for all affiliated companies.
Track and calendar all relevant legal and regulatory deadlines, ensuring timely state and local compliance filings.
Conduct legal research and fact‑checking related to real‑estate, corporate governance, and transaction law.
Administrative & Departmental Collaboration
Respond to internal and external audit and information requests with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with teams across the Premiere ecosystem to facilitate the smooth execution of deals.
Schedule meetings, manage legal calendars, and coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or relevant legal education required.
Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated real‑estate and transactional experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal project manager role.
Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge of real‑estate closing processes, title review, and due diligence procedures.
Proficiency in business entity structures and corporate compliance filings.
Attributes:
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage high‑volume tasks with precision.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast‑moving, evolving business environment.
Experience in cross‑functional or entrepreneurial settings is a significant plus.
