Residential Real Estate Banking Paralegal , with 2 years experience who can independently manage the full lifecycle of residential real estate loans from commitment letter (or before) through closing. Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and responsive real estate professional with a customer service mindset and sales mentality. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative without constant supervision, and knows how to juggle competing deadlines while keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process. Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of residential real‑estate loans from inception to closing with minimal oversight Prepare pre‑closing and final closing documents; organize and maintain digital files Collaborate with lenders to generate and finalize Closing Disclosures (CDs) Prepare and review CEMAs, 255 Affidavits, and Schedule A mortgage schedules Coordinate and schedule closings with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and title companies Read and interpret title reports, mortgage schedules, and municipal searches; resolve issues proactively Liaise with lenders to ensure mortgage packages are processed efficiently and accurately Work with title companies, attorneys, and other vendors to clear all pre‑closing conditions Maintain and track contract deadlines and manage closing checklists Coordinate federal, state, and local filings; track post‑closing items and remediations Represent firm at loan closing transactions as needed Qualifications

Ability to handle a large pipeline independently and efficiently Highly responsive, organized, and detail‑oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client service mindset with a professional, proactive, and polished demeanor Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to work overtime as needed to support closing timelines New York State Notary Public License (within 30 days of hire) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of Airtable a plus Seeking the winning candidate to take this role to the next level.
