About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled
Paralegal
with at least 5 years of commercial real estate transactional and financing experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting complex real estate transactions, title insurance matters, and commercial closings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
commercial real estate transactions and financing
from start to finish.
Review and prepare
title commitments, policies, and resolve title issues .
Conduct
due diligence reviews
and manage closing documentation.
Draft and prepare
deeds, mortgages, UCC filings, and other transactional documents .
Coordinate with clients, title companies, and internal teams.
Assist with
entity formation
(LLCs, corporations).
Maintain strong organizational and communication standards.
Qualifications
5+ years
of paralegal experience in
commercial real estate
within a law firm.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ; experience with electronic document management systems (Filesite a plus).
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$80,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience).
