WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A LINE COOK As a Line Cook at our restaurant, your primary responsibilities will be to prep, set up, and prepare high‑quality food products in your assigned area of the kitchen. You will follow departmental quality standards and specifications to ensure that every dish meets our guests' expectations. Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of your work areas and equipment will be crucial to your success in this role.
