About the Role In Bohler’s Richmond, VA office, you’ll join a supportive team that values learning, precision, and collaboration. What You’ll Do
Learn AutoCAD and Civil 3‑D software, applying Bohler’s CAD standards to produce plan sets
Modify conceptual plans through full construction documents under engineering guidance
Create and revise detail sheets, secondary plans, and project layouts
Review your own drawings for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting or design issues
Assist with document organization, plan formatting, and digital file management

What You’ll Bring

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $55,000 - $90,000 (subject to approval)
