Prepare and rig loads for lifting and movement using appropriate rigging gear (slings, shackles, chain blocks, etc.).
Inspect lifting tools and tackle before each use for any damage or wear.
Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment.
Utilize RF equipment for tracking and inventory management.
Ensure boxes are placed on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Flexibility with working hours and mandatory overtime.
Forklift experience is a plus.
