Position Summary
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This hands‑on position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and assisting with a variety of tasks related to marine and civil construction projects. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with construction activities such as concrete work, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites
Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and maintain a clean work area
Follow safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions at all times
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous construction experience preferred but not required – we will train motivated workers
Reliable and able to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to travel to projects throughout Florida as needed
