Electrician Helper
Fire Watch or Industrial Site experience preferred for this position
Execute various minor construction projects as required.
Willingness and ability to work various shifts and overtime on short notice, in order to meet business needs.
Maintain equipment & clean around workstations.
Interface with journeyman, supervisor & manager to give progress updates as required. Closely follow instructions from Journeyman or Foreman in a variety of tasks and supporting activity. Able to work outdoors in the elements. Work in tight spaces. Physically able to climb up and down safely in proximity to manufacturing and process equipment. Elevated work >4 ft requires fall protection. Able to listen and have the incentive to want to learn a craft to become a journeyman.

Operate hand and power tools of many types.
Clean and prepare sites, stage equipment, and follow direction of craft and supervisory personnel.
Identify and resolve hazards associated with assignments.
Requirements
Arrive at work on time, as scheduled, consistently, reliably, & complete each shift.
Follow all safety rules and standards for the company and for the site.
Understand and follow instructions from the direct supervisor.
Physical Profile Requirements The job requires occasionally remaining on one's feet in an upright position without moving for long periods of time, moving about on foot for long periods, remaining in a seated position for long periods, and/or climbing stairs, stepladders, extension ladders and scaffolding ladders. The job also requires the ability to raise or lower an object of approximately 5‑50 pounds from one level to another, transport an object of up to 50 pounds a distance of up to 10 yards, exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to move an object.
