Urschel, a 100% employee‑owned company, is seeking a CNC Precision Machinist for our second‑shift operations in the Drilling Department. This full‑time position runs Monday through Thursday, with potential Friday work based on workloads.

Job Summary This role involves operating CNC equipment and hand tools to machine features in various materials, editing CNC programs as needed, and documenting all changes. It requires strong math skills, blueprint reading, precision measuring, and troubleshooting abilities.
Pay & Shift Premium Starting pay is
$31.81
per hour plus a 5% shift premium.

Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
Solid organizational and troubleshooting talents.
