Precision Plumbing Heating & Electrical seeks an experienced Residential HVAC/Boiler Installer to join their team in the Grand Traverse area. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of residential experience and strong leadership skills.

$75,000 – $90,000 per year Pay Scale:
Up to $75,000–90,000 Annually Work Hours:
7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed
Responsibilities
Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience
Supervise the work of other installers, encouraging high quality and timely job performance
Troubleshoot issues, train other technicians on best practices, installation code, and company processes
Maintain NATE certification and perform required paperwork and change orders
Report issues with installations, tools, or vehicles; work well with customers, co‑workers, and subcontractors
Complete tasks within labor budgets and handle processes such as job packets and timecards
Present innovative solutions and maintain professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications
Level 1‑5 HVAC qualification, plus Level 3 tools and universal refrigeration license
Valid EPA certification for Levels 1 and 2
Proficient in installing forced‑air furnaces, A/C units, boilers, minisplits, and ductwork (round and rectangular)
Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings and the ability to complete simple low‑voltage connections
Strong customer relations, effective communication skills, and ability to complete paperwork and change orders
Experience testing line sets, setting pressures during start‑ups, and supervising and training others
