What We’re Looking For No prior automotive experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are hardworking, eager to learn, and take pride in doing the job right.
Qualifications:
21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Eagerness to learn and improve
Ability to work with tools and perform physical tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
What You’ll Do
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections
Follow dealership and factory standards on all repair orders
Communicate with the parts department and service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool use
Test‑drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools as needed
Provide excellent service and attention to detail on every job
