POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analyze malfunctions and repairs

Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

This is a full-time position located onsite in Sparta, WI. Occasional travel may be required.

BENEFITS Starting wage $28-40/hour +over time depending on experience. Competitive benefit and retirement program including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays available.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred

Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred

Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations

Able to communicate effectively

Ability to listen and take direction

Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
