Responsibilities

Provide professional communication and updates to service advisors and the parts department

Utilize shop and diagnostic equipment with confidence, ensuring adherence to safety procedures

Diagnose automotive issues through experience, analysis, and testing

Maintain and expand knowledge of vehicle components and systems

Adapt to evolving automotive technologies and diagnostic tools

Adhere to safety and environmental standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Complete repair orders and conduct vehicle safety inspections

Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and achieve career growth

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician; ASE and Master certifications are a plus

Strong technical expertise in automotive repair and diagnostics

Excellent problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or GED required
