Diesel Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with diesel engines.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with diesel engines.
Repair or replace defective parts, such as fuel systems, brakes, and transmissions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep accurate records of work performed.
Adhere to all safety guidelines.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification from a diesel mechanic program is preferred.
Proven experience as a diesel mechanic.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Standard Newhire Benefits:
6 Paid Holidays after 90 days
2 Days Sick Pay annually after 90 days
