About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and filing a wide range of
employment‑based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions , as well as
family‑based applications . We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-driven, and committed to producing outstanding work.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit employment-based petitions, including but not limited to E‑1, E‑2, O‑1, and other nonimmigrant/immigrant filings
Draft and assemble family‑based immigration packages
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members
Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain high‑quality case documentation
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience
in immigration law
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
and the ability to manage multiple cases
Impeccable attention to detail
and commitment to excellence
Bilingual English/Spanish
