Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Location Remote role
Must have hands‑on litigation paralegal experience and the ability to confidently manage cases in high‑volume environments. Experience handling cases in NY, NJ, MD, or PA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage a large caseload of 80–100 personal injury cases
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including drafting, discovery, client communication, and trial prep
Maintain organized, accurate case files across multiple jurisdictions
Assist with scheduling, deadlines, medical records, and document preparation
Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
Use case management systems; Aderant Total Office (ATO) experience is a plus
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred but not required
Qualifications
Prior plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation experience
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently and accurately
Experience handling cases in NY, NJ, MD, or PA strongly preferred
Spanish bilingual ability preferred
Familiarity with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is helpful but not required
