Drafter

We are hiring drafters with experience in AutoCAD and/or a background in housing construction. However, we will train motivated individuals who have no prior experience but possess the ability to evolve alongside a progressive industry.

Responsibilities

Create and revise detailed drawings for: Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings

Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness

Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. College degree in related field preferred but not required.

Must be proficient with computers, communication and problem solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to work in teams and attention to detail.
