Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer self-care and health products industry, and they want you to
join their team as a Packaging Mechanic.
Your day-to-day as a Packaging Mechanic:
Maintain and troubleshoot the mechanical aspects of packaging and manufacturing process equipment
Perform machine rebuilding, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment moves
Service packaging equipment, sanitary valves and actuators, sanitary pumps, conveyors, and gear/belt-driven assemblies
Conduct general building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems
Create and complete work orders with clear and accurate documentation
Your skills and experience:
Previous experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical production or packaging equipment
Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, conveyors, and other industrial systems
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Strong communication and organizational skills to document work clearly and effectively
