Position: Senior Analyst - Actuarial Location: Hartford, CT Salary: $85,000-105,000 + Bonus Actuarial Summary
We are seeking a motivated actuarial professional to join a dynamic team that values creativity, efficiency, and ownership. This role offers hands-on experience across life, annuity, and accident & health products in areas such as product development, actuarial management, modeling, corporate actuarial, and risk management. Candidates will receive technical training and leadership development through mentoring and corporate programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain actuarial models to inform decision-making. Analyze and provide insightful recommendations to management. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in actuarial analyses. Communicate technical work effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating strong time management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field with 4+ SOA exams passed, progressing toward FSA.
