What You'll Do

Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.

Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work independently.

Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.

Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).

Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures

Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes

Willing to work in all types of weather

Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade

Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work

Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).

Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
