Truss Builder 84 Lumber is hiring Truss Builders.

Overview Starting pay $17/hour + overtime + monthly bonus. Full-time, 6:30 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Day shift, weekend free (some Saturdays).

What You’ll Do

Build roof and floor trusses

Read simple shop drawings

Assemble and plate trusses by hand

Work safely and meet quality standards

Read and understand set‑up sheets

Position plates properly

Operate gantry

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets

Verify truss set up is accurate

Perform daily operator maintenance

Maintain 100% crew efficiency

Mark individual trusses when required

Train Builder Associates

Reliable and ready to work

Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work

Team‑oriented with attention to detail

Qualifications

Able to read and write in their primary language

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to read or learn to read a setup sheet

Able to lift 50 pounds
