Key Responsibilities
Operate with integrity and honor commitments throughout the whole project
Be a team player and share the same vision to meet goals
Be coachable and willing to learn new things
Have the right attitude and effort – SHOW UP EVERY DAY
Be a reliable and trustworthy member of the team
Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process
Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
Mentor and train new members of the team
Maintain strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own
Job Requirements
Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand‑powered tools
Perform physically demanding tasks (0‑50lbs ground to shoulder, 0‑80lbs ground to carry‑height)
Read and interpret blueprints
Stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
Travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
