Commercial Sales Representative

Our primary goal is providing exceptional customer service coupled with innovative products and progressive system solutions. Kaeser offers quality compressed air systems, comprehensive consulting services, and outstanding after sales support. We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most efficient and effective air system solution.
We are seeking an individual to fill our position of Commercial Sales Representative for the Denver and surrounding territories.
The selected candidate will :
Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systems
Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower
Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser
Reach and maintain sales goals
The successful candidate's background will include :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A mechanical aptitude
Proven time / territorial management skills
Clean driving record (Required)
PC literate, to include Google Workspace
Variable performance based pay plans ranging from $50,000-$90,000 including base, commission and bonus.
We will gladly train the candidate that meets most essential criteria. We offer a competitive base salary and commission program, benefits package to include profit sharing and 401(k) plan, company vehicle and cell phone.
This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
