Responsibilities As a Residential Lead Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and NSPC. You will also lead a team of plumbers, provide clear technical explanations to clients, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications
4+ years of plumbing field experience
Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
Previous or current DOT certification is a plus
Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural plumbing systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
Self‑motivated, problem‑solving mindset, and service‑oriented attitude
Respectful of people and their property; punctual and reliable
