What You Will Be Doing
Lead crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
Perform onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Request materials needed for scope of work.
Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and subcontractors.
Understand daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
Salary USD $30.00/Hr. – USD $35.00/Hr.
Vehicle Program Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
