About the job This is a fast‑paced, client‑focused role within a collaborative team environment. As an Intake Paralegal, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients, handling calls and in‑person interactions with empathy and professionalism. The position involves conducting intake interviews, addressing client concerns, coordinating with paralegals and investigators, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients promptly and professionally
Conduct client intake interviews over the phone and in person with accuracy and compassion
Address client questions and concerns; escalate matters to paralegals or investigators as needed
Maintain detailed and organized records in the case management system
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive first impression of the firm
Assist with administrative tasks related to intake and case setup
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
1–3+ years of experience in a law firm environment
Minimum 1 year as an intake paralegal (personal injury experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in computer applications and administrative processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff both in person and over the phone
Total Compensation Package
