We're looking for a paralegal who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a professional environment, and brings both compassion and precision to their work.
What We're Looking For
Passionate
about personal injury work and motivated by helping clients
Professional , polished, and able to communicate clearly and directly
Detail‑oriented , organized, and able to manage deadlines with accuracy
Compassionate , patient, and able to support clients during difficult times
Comfortable managing a
smaller caseload with high expectations for quality
Experienced in personal injury
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a caseload of high‑quality personal injury matters
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documents
Draft correspondence, demands, and case summariesMaintain accurate case notes, timelines, and follow‑ups
Support attorneys with case preparation, negotiation, and settlement tasks
Uphold the firm's values of professionalism, compassion, and excellence
Compensation
Generous bonus structure
