Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal
to join our client in St. Pete, Florida. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a sophisticated real estate practice, can manage a high volume of deals, and has the confidence to run the full life cycle of lending transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft commercial loan documents across construction, refinance, and asset‑based loans, plus documents tied to acquisitions, sales, and leases.
Lead diligence (entity, title, survey, etc.); prepare, monitor, and maintain closing checklists; review deliveries and due‑diligence artifacts.
Summarize complex sales contracts and leases; ensure clarity and accuracy for deal teams.
Own the transaction process end‑to‑end, from engagement through post‑closing.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
Required/Preferred Qualifications
Recent law firm experience representing lenders.
Strong organizational skills; ability to learn and adapt to new technology; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
FRP certification.
