Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Naples, Florida? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This full-time position supports multiple practice teams and requires someone who is organized, committed to client service, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file legal documents, transcribe dictations, and proofread for accuracy.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
Maintain client files and perform conflict of interest checks.
Assist with billing, document delivery, and general office duties.
Ensure confidentiality in all firm and client matters.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in legal studies preferred.
2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
