Insero Talent Solutions is thrilled to partner with a national law firm in their search for a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused paralegal with exposure to estate administration who is looking to deepen their experience within a sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys and senior team members to support estate and trust administration matters from start to finish, while maintaining a high level of client interaction and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients in person, by phone, email, and video conferencing, providing responsive and professional support
Draft, edit, and review probate and estate administration documents
Assist clients with retitling assets and coordinating required documentation
Assemble, organize, and analyze financial records for estate tax returns and audit purposes
Prepare, edit, and review federal and state estate tax returns
Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and settlement documentation for informal and formal trust and estate settlements
Maintain accurate files, deadlines, and documentation in accordance with firm standards and client needs
Requirements
1+ year of exposure to estate administration, required
Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Advanced proofreading, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to quickly adapt to legal and practice management technologies
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with clients during sensitive matters
Ability to meet a minimum of 500 billable hours annually
