Position Overview Our clients are seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to support a busy Trusts and Estates practice who will have extensive experience handling estate planning and estate administration matters. This is a fully remote position based in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with estate planning matters, including trusts, wills, and related documents
Support estate and trust administration, including probate-related filings and court submissions
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and client correspondence
Manage case files, deadlines, and billable time in compliance with firm standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust & Estates Paralegal
Strong understanding of estate planning and estate administration processes
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
