Real Estate Attorney Licensed in NC & SC We are seeking a Real Estate Closing Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with real estate residential closings. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual, we want to hear from you! Existing relationships with referral sources is a plus and will be factored into your salary.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential real estate closings, including preparing and reviewing closing documents and title commitments

Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing process

Prepare and file legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, affidavits, etc.

Maintain and update client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete

Qualifications

Proficient in Qualia

Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program is preferred

Must be a SC Notary Public and available for signings in office

Strong familiarity with title insurance basics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other team members

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

A proactive, go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required

Benefits

Paid time off

Pay $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
