What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Reviewing and managing title commitments, title policies, and objections.
Coordinating closings, due diligence, and post-closing matters.
Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
Keeping deals organized, on track, and (mostly) drama-free.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
Strong title work experience (non-negotiable).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple transactions at once.
Someone who takes pride in being the calm, capable center of the deal.
