Salesforce Product Owner

Salesforce Product Owner with deep expertise in the telecom industry domain to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Salesforce-based solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working with Salesforce CRM. 3+ years of experience in the Telecom industry (mobile, broadband, enterprise telecom services). Strong understanding of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Experience with CPQ, order management, customer onboarding flows, and case management within telecom. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms). Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred.
