PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and carries out site project logistics plan (clean up, material storage, water pumping etc.) and safety procedures
Completes Task Hazard Analysis (THA) logs daily
Operates small construction equipment (10k-12k all-terrain forklift, skid steer, sweeper etc.)
Assists with traffic control, rigging, spotting, flagging, fire watch etc.
Dewater equipment set up
Utilizes common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.)
Completes space and fall arrest training
Assists other trades when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience as a laborer in large commercial construction projects
Identify common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools
Understand construction terminology
Work in an organized manner
Proven commitment to Safety
Able to work night shifts when needed
Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Must be self‑motivated and can work well with others
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Minimum age 18+
