We manage a leading directory of 2 million lawyers and offer a suite of services to help thousands of law firms build better businesses. Each week we provide thousands of consumers the best free lawyer matching service in the U.S. We are a tech first leader with multiple generative AI services and connect with hundreds of thousands of lawyers and consumers each month using custom email, phone, text, chat and video technology. Our intuitive brand 'Lawyer.com' is rapidly gaining recognition among lawyers and consumers and we are well positioned in the $200 Billion U.S. legal services market.
Responsibilities
Manage the direct sales team and drive monthly and annual growth goals.
Develop new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
Manage critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
Coordinate and collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
Direct problem-solving activities to resolve customer-related issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing a successful sales team.
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to establish relationships with customers.
Organized and efficient; comfortable dealing with customers in person, on the phone, or via email.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines.
