CLINICAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR NURSE SALES ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Full-time Location: Atlanta, GA Experience: 5-7 years Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or other health-related field Bonus: Yes Job Description: The Clinical Account Director is responsible for clinical account management of an assigned group of clients (80% with 1-5k and 20% with 5K+ segment). Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Providing consultative subject matter expertise on 360 Health programs. Presenting reports to demonstrate clinical program value. Managing clinical service issues to meet performance guarantees and proactively resolve clinical issues. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participating in clinical program implementations. Understanding client-specific issues and applying knowledge and experience to strategic recommendations. Additional focus areas include healthcare sales consulting, clinical business development, employee benefit sales, national account management, population health data, healthcare cost containment, health improvement strategies, wellness programs, and proposal creation and presentation. Qualifications: Current unrestricted RN license in Georgia. Minimum of 5 years of clinical or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: 2 years of account management experience in managed care, with skills in sales, account management, and program development.
